Carlton House is a 3 storey house in Biggins Wood Road Cheriton. It consists of 3 bedrooms ,a large shared bathroom on the middle floor, lounge /diner, large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and downstairs shower room. There is also a small garden at the rear.
All the bedrooms are a good size and have a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and have fitted curtains. There is plenty of room for personal items such as computers and televisions. Tenants are able to personalise their room and can bring their own furniture if they prefer.
The lounge is fully equipped with sofas, coffee tables and a television and dvd player these all provide a homely feel to the communal area.
The dining area has a table and chairs to provide an environment for tenants to eat meals together therefore enabling interaction and social activities like board games.
The large kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, cooker, dish washer and microwave. It also contains all the utensils and equipment to cook meals and do any baking.
Carlton House is situated in a nice secluded setting only a short walk from Cheriton high street. There is public transport nearby providing easy access to the centre of Folkestone and all the amenities it has to offer including the following:-
